These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Inferex platform, API, and website (collectively, the "Service") provided by Inferex, Inc. ("Inferex"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By creating an account or using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
Inferex provides an AI inference optimization platform that allows customers to reduce latency, improve throughput, and monitor production AI inference workloads. The Service operates as a runtime optimization layer; Inferex does not store or process the content of your AI model weights or inference inputs.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in your plan. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Inferex and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to your models, data, and configurations. By using the Service, you grant Inferex a limited license to process your configurations and settings as necessary to provide the Service.
Inferex provides uptime SLAs for paid plans: 99.9% for Pro, 99.99% for Enterprise. SLA credits are the sole remedy for downtime below these thresholds. Credits are calculated as a percentage of monthly fees proportional to the duration of the outage. Scheduled maintenance windows are excluded from SLA calculations.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INFEREX'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. INFEREX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. INFEREX DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. Inferex may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 6, 8, 9, and 11 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Santa Clara County, California.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide 30 days' notice for material changes by email or by posting a notice in the dashboard. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
